Yes, we provide you with "real time" web pages when you sign up for our Million Dollar Plan. The webpage includes professional photos, stock#´s, and product descriptions. All you need do is add your retail selling prices.

We recommend 3 to 4 times (300% to 400%) markup price from what you pay us. This is the highest profit level offered anywhere and beats the stingy 20-30% commission that most dropshipping companies offer. For example, if you purchased a product from us for $10.00 then we recommend that you sell it for $30.00 to $40.00. You may get more or less than that depending on your market.

Yes you can place your order on your fulfillment website any time day or night.

How long does it take before you ship my order?
We ship all confirmed paid orders within 2-4 working days. We can also accept rush orders. There may be a small fee for rush orders depending on the circumstances.

How will I know when my merchandise has been shipped?
You will receive your invoice by email on the day the product ships. All orders will be sent through either United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service you will have the option to pick you Carrier and type of service when you place your Drop Ship orders. You will have options to trace or show delivery confirmations depending on the shipping services you select.

How do I know if the items I am ordering are in stock?
Although we keep a large quantity of merchandise in stock and ready to be shipped we cannot guarantee 100% of the time a particular item will be available. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied and that your requests are met. We will make every effort to notify you if a product has been sold out before you make a sale.

Do I need to have a business license to order from your website?
No, but you will need to check with your local and state offices to make sure you are complying with state and local business statues. All states and municipalities work independently and have their own regulations.

How can I obtain pictures and descriptions for my website or auctions?

Do you charge a fee for drop shipping my merchandise?
No, we DO NOT CHARGE a drop ship fee for each order. You are only responsible for the small flat shipping charge.

How much do you charge for shipping?
When you sign up for our Drop Ship Plans we charge a flat shipping rate for each padded envelope being shipped to one address in the lower 48 states with no hidden costs. The Free Dropshipping rate starts at $4.50 and the Million Dollar plan starts at $3.25 per shipment.  There are also other shipping options available such as international shipping, different shipping carriers, delivery confirmations, insurance & tracking. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have been in business a long time and our shippers have extensive knowledge on the customs duties and export issues for various countries. International shipping has different costs involved versus shipping domestically. You can contact us directly before you quote a freight charge to your client if they are not in the lower 48 states. Fulfillment Center

Are you a middle man using other warehouses as the drop shipper for the products?
Absolutely not! We own all our product and ship directly to your customer. This is unlike the "middle man" drop shippers who nickel and dime you so they can make commissions on name brand merchandise by significantly increasing the prices. If you do some research you will find that the same name brand merchandise that they claim to sell below the wholesale price can usually be purchased at popular discount stores for lower prices. No need to buy the so-called Wholesale Drop Ship Directory.

How do I know that you will not advertise your business name when you send my package to my customer?
We invoice the items with your address sometimes call "Blind DropShipping" because the label does not show the actual shipper information. On the box & invoice we put your address as the return address. Your customer will think that the items have been shipped by you and never know the difference. We are your Fulfillment Center.

Payments

How do I pay you for each Drop ship Order?
We have made this very simple and cost effective. We setup a Drop Ship Trust Fund which allows no delay in payment and shipping your orders. You pay directly into your 123DropShip Trust account, then your jewelry orders are deducted from the account every time you place an order. We cut your expenses by saving you money in transaction fees from the Credit Card Company, PayPal fees, or Certified Check costs. The best thing is that your order is not delayed because of money transfer delays.

What kind of payments do you accept?
For the Million Dollar DropShip Plan we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (www.paypal.com), Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers and Cashier Checks. You can also pay by check, however we hold checks for 21 working days until the funds are cleared. For the FREE DropShip and Starter DropShip Plans we only accept payments by PayPal. The money that you pay to us by one of these means will be credited to your 123dropship Trust account. When you make an order on behalf of one of your customers, the product cost and shipping cost will be deducted from your 123dropship Trust account rather than from your credit card, etc.

Do I have to charge sales tax?
This varies by state, city and county, check with your local state or government office to ensure you are abiding by their regulations.

How and when do I get paid?
You are responsible for collecting the funds from your customers. Your wholesale prices are listed on the Product Prices link on 123DropShip.com. We recommend a 3-4 times markup for retail pricing on any item you purchase. When you sell that item you get paid. It is as easy as 123 Drop Ship. In other words, say an item costs you $1.00 from our website. You should be able to sell that item for $3.00 to $4.00 to your customers, and the profit is all yours.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Before you make the decision to return items to us, you must obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Contact us and we will provide you with an RMA#. You can send returns from your customers to our warehouse. Upon a confirmed arrival of your return, (if you have followed the instructions provided by us after you contact us for the RMA#), we will process the merchandise for a full refund into your account, or re-ship a replacement order. You are then responsible to refund the money to your customers or inform them that a replacement order will be sent to them. We accept returns and refunds to your account only if they occur within 30 days after invoice date, no exceptions. We will refuse returns without RMA numbers. Retain the authorization number with your order for returns. The Return Merchandise Authorization number must be plainly written on the box near shipping label. Shipping charges for returning items are to be prepaid, we do not pay nor are we responsible for any shipping charges due to returned items back to our loading docks We do not accept returns on body jewelry. There are serious sanitary issues and disease transmission concerns associated with returns of body jewelry. 

What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be returned to your account after we receive the return in our warehouse. We can guarantee customer satisfaction up to 15 days from invoice. To request a refund a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be assigned by our company upon your request. You will receive a full refund to your account which you can then pass along to your customer. We will refuse all packages returned to us without an RMA#  written on the outside of the box by the shipping label.
